Everyone expects you to “move on”, but nobody shows you how.

I help people heal and navigate grief and loss, one step at a time.

Everything you’re feeling is natural.

Grief is the natural and normal response to any kind of loss or significant change, and it can feel incredibly lonely.

If you’re here, you may be feeling conflicting, even chaotic emotions. Anything from the darkest despair, to relieved, guilty, or simply numb. It can be exhausting and incredibly painful.

I often support people going through bereavement, but also work with other losses, such as divorce, estrangement, chronic illness, menopause and workplace change. Perhaps you experienced a loss some time ago, and still live with the impact.

I offer specialist support sessions for people who are learning to live with loss, whether recent or long ago. I carefully craft our sessions to fit you and your unique life experience, at your pace, for the best possible outcome.

I guide many of my clients through The Grief Recovery Method® process, proven to help people recover from the pain and isolation of grief. It’s evidence-based and has been developed and used successfully for over 40 years. You can find out more about how it works here.
