Find the path beyond coping and managing your grief, to genuine emotional resolution. One step at a time – with Jess Goyder.

Everything you’re feeling is natural.

Grief is the normal response to loss and significant change, and it can feel incredibly lonely.

If you’re here, you may be feeling conflicting emotions. Anything from the darkest despair, to relieved, guilty, or simply numb. Grief can be exhausting and deeply painful. Especially when the demands of life keep calling.

The support I offer extends beyond traditional grief counselling. I help people work through loss at a deep level, so that unfinished grief can be brought to completion, rather than managed and endured indefinitely.

I don’t believe there is such a thing as ‘moving on’ with grief. But you can move forwards, in a new way, with your grief, possibly with an even deeper relationship to the person or thing you have lost.

As well as bereavement, I also work with other losses, such as divorce, estrangement, chronic illness, menopause and workplace change, whether recent or long ago.

“I can't recommend Jess enough - her level of intelligence is matched only by her empathy and willingness to flex to the needs and place of the person she's working with. Totally rigorous and incredibly kind. If I could give 6 stars I would”.

Mike, Oxford

“Jess's listening and dialogue skills were perhaps the most powerful part of the experience... I would recommend Jess without hesitation, and have already done so. Her understanding, patience and encouragement made the whole experience life-changing for me".

Gil, London

“If you’ve been impacted by grief, whether personally or professionally, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Jess is an absolute superpower in this field and we can’t thank her enough for her time today".

Marianne, Executive PA Network, Beconsfield

“Thank you for helping me achieve completeness with issues that have been with me for over 50 years. I feel so much better in myself. I can go forward in a positive way and at peace”.

Jackie, Suffolk

“Last year I worked through some substantial grief and have had profound healing through a process that was guided and supported by Jess. She has quite literally changed how I feel not only about the situations but also about myself. I really can't recommend (or thank) her enough”.
