Pricing and Programmes
I work with a limited number of clients at a time so that each person receives the space, attention and structure they need.
Most people choose the full Grief Recovery Method® programme - an evidence-based process that supports lasting change, with guided work between sessions. I also draw on my wider training and experience throughout our work together.
Some people prefer individual sessions, which can also be deeply helpful. Even a small number of sessions can make a significant difference.
The first step is a short consultation. If we decide to work together, all programmes begin with a Preliminary Assessment Session.
I occasionally offer concessions when my caseload allows. Group programmes and donation-based events also help make my work accessible to more people.
Fees and Programmes:
Preliminary Assessment Session - £250
Around 75 minutes
Full Grief Recovery Method® Programme - £1,600
The full fee includes the initial assessment session and follow-up
Individual Sessions - £200 per 60-minute session
Booked individually
The Grief Recovery Method® programme includes:
Eight structured sessions, usually 60-90 minutes -
Practical tools and exercises between sessions
Reflection notes or guidance where appropriate
Defined access to me between sessions when needed
I always shape the programme to your pace and circumstances. In sessions, the focus is always on the depth and impact of the work rather than duration.
Leadership & Executive Support
I offer an advanced, in-depth programme for senior professionals and leaders navigating complex grief or significant responsibility in their roles.
Please contact me directly for details.
Group Programmes:
From time to time I run small group programmes offering shared support in a safe, confidential and relaxed setting.
6-8 weeks
£450 per person
Payment plans available
One bursary place available when needed
The next group programme is planned for autumn 2026. If you’d like to hear about this or future groups, please get in touch to register your interest.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice are chargeable, except in genuine emergencies. I trust your judgement on this.
Next Step
The best next step is usually to arrange a short consultation, where we can consider whether an assessment session, and what kind of support, would be most useful for you.
