Pricing and Programmes
I work with a limited number of clients at a time, with frequent waiting lists when needed. This makes sure each person receives the space, attention and structure they uniquely need.
Most people choose the full Grief Recovery Method® programme – an evidence-based process that brings lasting change, with some guided work between sessions. I also draw on my wider training and experience to support you throughout.
You may prefer stand-alone sessions, which can also bring meaningful shifts. Even three sessions can make a significant difference.
All programmes begin with a Preliminary Assessment Session, giving you a chance to experience the work and explore what will be most healing and impactful for you.
I occasionally offer concessions when my caseload allows. My groups and donation-only events make my work accessible to as many people as possible.
Fees and Programmes:
Preliminary Assessment Session – £250 – around 75 minutes
Full GRM Programme – £1,600 for eight sessions (includes the initial assessment session and follow up)
Stand-alone Sessions – £200 per 60-minute session (booked individually)
Grief Recovery Method® programme includes:
Eight structured sessions (60–90 minutes each)
Practical tools and exercises to use between sessions
Tailored guidance and reflection notes where appropriate
Defined access to me between sessions when needed
Support completely adapted to your pace and circumstances
Sessions usually last around 60 minutes, with flexibility up to 90 when therapeutically appropriate. The focus is always on impact rather than duration.
