Maybe you work in mental health or pastoral care. Perhaps you’re simply curious and want to feel more confident when it comes to dealing with loss, and better able to support those around you too. Maybe you’re bereaved, or going through one of the 40 other life events that can cause grief, such as divorce, heartbreak, a family estrangement, chronic illness or redundancy. Maybe these losses happened long ago, but you still feel the impact, or life feels strangely flat or shut down.
