A short, informal talk challenging some of our biggest societal myths about how to live with grief and loss - and clarifying the reality.
This talk will touch on grief theory, mostly drawing from personal experience, and work as a Grief Recovery Specialist and volunteer bereavement counsellor for a leading UK charity.
This talk isn't only relevant for bereavement, but also other losses we encounter in life, such as divorce, relationship breakdown, pet loss, chronic illness and workplace change.
