One to one work with Jess

Bereavement, divorce, estrangement, and losses that are unseen or don't always get a name.

"I found Jess at my absolute lowest. I felt like I was trapped in loops of grief and felt very alone and depressed... I cannot stress how much this process has changed me and my approach to grief. I feel like I've reached an emotional clarity and mental state in 6 months that I never had close to in my life before. I now have a framework of how to process future losses that will come. I picked up an invaluable skill from this work — I understand how to feel pain properly, let it flow through me and actually cry."

Tom, London

"I could not have asked for a better person to facilitate this process. Jess was incredibly well-informed, empathetic, kind and strong, creating a very trusting and caring environment to do the work... Jess is amazing."

Mike Benson

Co-owner & CCO, Berliner Benson

"Supportive, friendly but above all effective — a fresh perspective, a new lease of life, and even more energy to deal with future challenges."

Martin Oxford

"Jess is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met."

"The dialogue and ability to explore with Jess, a very painful past relationship, allowed me to come to a much greater clarity in the midst of conflicting and mixed emotions… In short, the stormy emotions and torment have ceased, replaced with clarity and acceptance and more mature, balanced and calm emotions. I am very grateful for the experience with Jess."

Gil Dove

Managing Director, Gil Dove Associates

"She is smart, empathetic, strong and compassionate. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

Maxine Macpherson

Managing Director, AbleMaxx Ltd.

"A gentle and compassionate review of your relationship which ends with completion of outstanding or unfinished emotions. It was a profound and fulfilling experience…I am grateful to Jess for her humility and support which really helped me reach a place of peace and enabled me to move forward."

Adrienne Seaman, London

Group Programme

A small, closed group working the same structured method as one-to-one — eight sessions, online or in person. Can combine well with very occasional one-to-one sessions for extra support.

"Jess provided a safe space so I could dig deep into all the emotions — not just the grief. I especially appreciated her soothing voice and her overall way of guiding all of us in a way that would not overwhelm the nervous system."

Nataša, Berlin

"This programme was really helpful compared to the courses, reading and coaching I've done so far... I did this with an incredible group of people too. I'll never forget it."

"I can see how the success of completing this programme is highly dependent on the skills and knowledge of the facilitator. Jess could clearly explain all of the steps whilst handholding us through the entire process. Her patience, listening skills and compassion helped her create a safe space for our group where we all felt comfortable and safe dealing with our painful, conflicting emotions during this vulnerable time. I highly recommend working with Jess and engaging in the Grief Recovery Programme."

Hope, Berkshire

"It has nourished my soul and soothed my heart in ways I didn't think possible. The process offered gentle guidance through difficult emotions, creating space for healing and hope. Every person felt seen, heard, and valued."

Talks and Workshops

Reactions from a keynote, a webinar, or in-house training on grief and loss at work.

"Jess communicates in a way that is so highly professional and polished – I could probably listen to her voice read out a takeaway menu! With Jess, it always feels more like a conversation and not just a broadcast."

Kevin Self, Founder, Purpose Nation

"I came away feeling uplifted and strangely excited that there probably is a positive way forward, even carrying a 'rucksack' of grief!"

Jenny, after a talk in Oxfordshire

"So useful to listen to others' experiences and to look at dispelling the myths surrounding grieving."
