Navigating Loss: An Introductory Workshop

Where do you begin when you’re navigating loss?

Maybe you’re bereaved, or going through one of the 40 other life events that can cause grief, such as divorce, heartbreak, a family estrangement, chronic illness or redundancy. Maybe these losses happened long ago, but you still feel the impact, or life feels strangely flat or shut down. Maybe you’re simply curious and want to feel more confident when it comes to dealing with loss, and better able to support those around you too.

This online, introductory workshop will:

  • Elevate your understanding of loss and its impact

  • Expose some core myths and the beliefs that disempower us when it comes to dealing with loss

  • Introduce the practical and emotional tools to help you recover from grief (yes, recover - a big word, carefully chosen!), now and in the future.

  • Q&A for any questions you may have. Do ask these in advance too, if that’s helpful.

  • We will create a safe, relaxed, supportive and totally confidential space where you can share as much or as little as you like.

Free to attend, but booking is essential and numbers limited. Get in touch to reserve your place or find out more (contact details below).
