Grief, Loss and Change – An Introductory Workshop

Where do you begin when living with loss?

You may be bereaved, or dealing with one of the many life events that can cause grief – divorce, heartbreak, family estrangement, chronic illness or redundancy. These losses may be recent, or from the past, and still affecting you now.

You may work in mental health, education or pastoral care. Or you may simply be curious, and want to feel more confident when it comes to grief, and better able to support those around you.

This online, introductory workshop will:

  • Expand your understanding of loss and its impact

  • Introduce practical and emotional tools that support recovery from grief, and help you better support others too

  • Offer time for Q&A – can be asked in advance if helpful

We will create a safe, relaxed, supportive and totally confidential setting where you can share as much or as little as you like.

Attendance is free or by donation, with limited places available.
